Additionally, the textures seem to blend together a little, i.e. The game itself runs, however, many of the textures have black spots that flicker all over them, and the game seems to be very over saturated, and anything in the sun turns almost completely white (link looks like a ghost his shirt turns a very light shade of baby blue, his hair is the most godawfully strong yellow you have ever seen). NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 ti Hydro Copper 1469 MHz Core, 1990 MHz MemoryĢ0 when running around semi-quickly, 30 when completely still, and an average of 24. The first screen appears, then fadeout and the emulator crash Only sound played is music, no sfxġ5-20fps outdoors, 30-45fps indoors, some audio issues. Slight graphical issues, nothing serious. Outdoor areas run at 20 fps and indoor areas at 40-60, which is way too much (maybe implement a frame limiter as wind waker run natively at 30fps on Wii U). Graphics are alright, a majority of music & sounds don't play. Runs slow outdoors, fps goes at insane speed indoors (2x or 3x of the original game)Īround 20 fps outdoors, well over 60 inside buildings, which speeds the game too much when inside. It runs slow, audio is desynced, but playable. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD on Cemu 1.13.1 - 7700K + GTX 970 Testing Testing
#The legend of zelda wind waker randomizer driver
Works properly as of driver 20.8.3, Cemu 1.21.0 with Vulkan. Tree textures are swapped around on some AMD GPUs with the trunk texture appearing on the leafs and vice versa.Any remaining issues with completing the Nintendo Gallery are most likely issues of playing the game on original hardware as well. As of Cemu version 1.20.1c, the Nintendo Gallery can be completed, but multiple photos, especially for one time encounters are highly recommended. Pictures taken with the Deluxe Picto Box, and given to Carlov will sometimes go unrecognized or identified as the wrong character. As of Cemu version 1.20.1c, the Pictobox works as it should for the Nintendo Gallery and Lenzo's Research Assistant quest. Pictures taken with the Picto Box and the Deluxe Picto Box, are black and not working.Much exploring is to be done, and yes there is a second quest. Yet with these minor things, this game is still one of the best for the console, as well as one of the best for the Zelda series. 2)A more complex story, I miss the time travel and Adult Link 3) The variety of weapons and magic spells are definitely missing from Ocarina of Time. Voice acting with the written words would be perfect. Things they can improve on is: 1)Add Voice Acting! I am very tired of reading and reading and reading. I definitely recommend this game for Gamecube owners. This game took about about 40 hours to beat, and I was not even half way to actually "completing" everything. The ending of the story was a happy one, yet somewhat bittersweet in my mouth (because I am partial to Hyrule). The gameplay is tightly controlled, and very action/adventure oriented as well as very RPG like. Also the Wind Waker definitely proves the MULTIPLE LINK theory a new hero of time is born every generation. The story is not quite as complex as Ocarina of Time, but intriguing nevertheless. The Wind Waker is definitely a true sequel to Ocarina of Time, The (original) Legend of Zelda, and A Link to the Past. I am not a fan of the "Link gets transported to a parallel universe and must fight a new a bad guy with no Princess Zelda or Triforce". I am a fan of Link/Zelda/Ganon/Triforce/Hyrule story that takes place in a few of the games that have been released. I was also skeptical about the story itself. I was very disappointed when I first heard of the animated "cartoon look" cell-shading to the game's characters, but this complex 3D Design is very nice looking, down to the last detail. At first I was very skeptical about almost everything that had to do with The Wind Waker. As the headline says, this game is amazing.
